Ian has had a long and successful career in the New Zealand Police, serving as a Detective, Armed Offenders Squad member and Commander.
Ian also managed Police legal services at National, Regional and local levels. Since leaving the NZ Police he has been heavily involved in promoting workplace Health and Safety.
